If you have a tv provider that has a deal with ESPN3, you don't have to pay for it. I don't believe you have access to it if you don't use one of those providers. I have Comcast.

Since when? I have charter Internet and used ESPN3 2-ish weeks ago with no problem.

Sorry I'm so late getting back to this. Yes, Comcast is one of the ESPN3 partners. You can download a free ESPN3 app onto your iphone or ipad or go to the ESPN3 website. It will ask you to click on your cable/internet provider. Comcast is one of the options. Then it will ask you for your Comcast email or username and password. After entering that you can watch any game on their lineup.
