Do you think that it is important for Auburn to recruit a center in this class? I'm not too confident in the backups behind Reece and he will be a JR this year. Are any of the linemen we are looking at, possible centers?

Elder isn't committed to Ohio State, at least publicly, but I do think they are the current team to beat. He's never been to Auburn that I know of so getting him down for an official visit would be big for Auburn.

I think just about any guard prospect Auburn signs could eventually play center. Alex Kozan redshirted last year as a guard and could get a look there. Devonte Danzey, who has three years of eligibility, could get a look at center.

Barrett Jones played tackle, guard and center at Alabama.

That would be my prediction at the moment but I don't think Reuben is close to making up his own mind so there's a long way to go. He will probably be leaning to Alabama after visiting there this weekend.

Hmmmmm. Nobody really jumps out at me. It will probably be a visitor this weekend. I wouldn't be surprised if Khari Harding flips from Arkansas to Auburn.

No way to predict that now. There's still new prospects being added to the list of possibles daily and I expect there will be some surprise visitors this weekend although don't know that for a fact yet.

Nothing has really changed with Lawson. He's visiting Tennessee this weekend, North Carolina next and Auburn Feb. 1. Auburn will visit him every week and continue to build that relationship and hope the final visit puts them over the top. I think it will.
