Is an October commitment still possible for D Green? If he does commit to AU, two questions- 1) I know he's not ranked quite as high here as on some other sites, in fact one site has him as a 5star and #1 RB, but do you still see him as that sort of game changer for our running game? And 2) Would Bryant drop us completely? I see no reason he'd even remotely consider us at that point, which is a shame bc I'd prefer Green/Bryant although I think Wilkins will be a tremendous back and must be a smart kid since Vandy pursued him so heavily. Yes, I expect Derrick Green to commit in October, after his official visit to Michigan. There's a pretty good chance his official to Auburn will be for the LSU game. I think Green or Wilkins, assuming both sign with Auburn, will play and potentially push for a starting job as a true freshman next year. Wilkins was Auburn's No. 1 RB target when he committed and both Wilkins and Green has the ability to play right away in college.

I don't expect Auburn to continue to pursue Keith Bryant if Green commits.

Do you know if we are close in scheduling an OV with Treadwell? He would be a huge get if we could somehow land him.

I don't think anything has been officially set up with Laquon Treadwell yet but they definitely want to get him down for a game this fall. Auburn's first big recruiting weekend should be for the LSU game.
