For Corey Grant, Kris Frost, Trovon Reed and Robenson Therezie, the start of spring practice truly was a new day. Includes four video interviews.
How much has Kris actually worked with CEJ? Can the kids watch film and such with coaches?
Thanks Phillip! Sounds like these guys are beginning their new day and are ready and needing the coaching they are finally receiving. "Mental scars", really sad but I hope those have now healed and we will all see a healed team this fall! WDE
"If you can't put your faith in an Auburn man, who can you put your faith in?"
It's a new day and it is encouraging.
I did not realize the impact of 2012 Season had on these young men. It is clear to me from their body language in the interviews, their answers and their word choices that last year's season was both an emotional and physical beat down. I can also see why CGM uses the saying of a new beginning so the coaches can start rebuilding both the physical, mental and ego side for some of the players. It will be an interesting study to see how they all react over time. I now see why some players left. They did not like the environment they found themselves in as players.
I am looking forward to seeing how fast they can be in that offense. Sure hope the conditioning is top notch, which I am sure it is.
I'm sure last year was a mental tole on everyone on that team. You can clearly tell by all of their responses.

Phillip, great story angle no players that really needed a fresh start. Thanks for making my subscription worthwhile.
