Auburn has a long history of great kickers starting with John "Rat" Riley is the late 60"s. Would be great to add this kid to the list.

Bryan, Where does this offer fit in with Auburn's recruiting plans? With the new 25 rule and with all the momentum we have towards builidng the #1 Recruiting Class in the Nation it seems that we may not have room for a kicker. Of course I will defer to the Coaches as they are The Best in the Nation. On the other hand, It would be great to have the ball regularly kicked into the endzone again. What say you about this situation????

You can probably trace that lineage back a little farther to Ed Dyas, then John Kilgore, and then maybe Rat Riley. Ed Dyas, if I remember correctly, led the nation in field goals!?!?!?

How about "rattlesnake Jones" out of Opp, Al......If I'am not mistaken Riley and Jones overlaped...as I remember it Riley took the job away from Jones....Am I correct or not?????

We need a guy that can kick it into the endzone and a guy who can catch a punt and get us 8-10 yards with a chance to take to the house. Corey Grant is supposed to be one of those guys on the punt team. Maybe Parkey will "step" it up this fall.
