A number of Auburn's commits advanced in playoff action Friday night but a couple had their high school careers come to an end.
FWIW, RB/LB Brent Calloway of Russellville, who is an Alabama commit but continues to visit Auburn, had 175 yards on 30 carries and one lost fumble in a losing effort against Hartselle. Hartselle won the game 24-14.
