it remains to be seen just how good any of the assistants were. Given the grandeur of the collapse these last two years and the youth in most positions we really don't know. Yes i believe they were good recruiters but it definately did not show up on the field. A lot of that could be Chizik. i still believe the defensive staff with the exception of Pelton should have been excellent. What happened we may never know but for some reason it did not jell. i think starting fresh with the current defensive staff, expecially if we land Rocker, will rival what we had credential wise and will surpass in production because of a new attitude.
