Another question about Jovon

  • I have heard that he took classes at Auburn and did well in them.

With his falsified transcripts he wouldn't have gotten into Auburn to begin with but do the grades that he made while there not hold any value at this point? I guess what I am getting around to is he HAVING to leave Auburn or could he take the year as ineligible and stay at Auburn taking classes? Sounds weird but it might would help with him meshing with players and coaches and to stay adjusted to the atmosphere.

  • With his family having already won a major judgement against the local government, does he have any legal basis for a new case against the school? Of course, it would definitely hinge on his knowledge of the altered grades, but from his reaction, I'm getting the feeling he didn't know.

I am told the grades count because he took the classes and did the work. I am also told he wanted to stay but was not allowed to by the university.

OK. That is interesting but exactly what I was wondering about. I would have thought that if he were already enrolled and had finished a short summer session with good standing, they might let him stay.

Interesting. Sounds like the university wants to makes everything is taken care away from Auburn before he can enroll to make sure there is no question about the process from Auburn's side.
