In coaching searches, there are no guarantees. All you can do is hire who you think is the best fit. Also, you can only hire those who are willing to come. Some of you people need to take a break and chill out. The sky is not falling.
I understand that KS has not been a head coach. But can we not get excited about hiring one of the best assistants in the game? I wonder how many of you will be praising KS if we have a good year next year? Assuming he is hired.
