I think it's a hard question for me to answer in multiple choice format because,
A. I write long posts that most people don't read, and
B. "cheating" does, inherently, have a lot of levels to it. So saying "everyone cheats" implies everyone is doing the same thing, which I don't think is the case probably. I would say "everyone....to some extent".

By the way, I would even leave off "SEC" on B and say that almost any school anywhere that has alumni that care about winning cheats to some extent.
If Youngstown State was busted, then who doesn't cheat?
Remember when one of the HBO four was spewing his goodness, he said he got the $$ handshakes at camps at Auburn, LSU, and Michigan State. Michigan State? Yeah, Michigan State. They have rich, win-obsessed alumni too....just like every other large school in the country.
Only school in history to get the death penalty is SMU. SMU for crying out loud! They cheated, but none of the actual "football" schools did?
Not everyone does the same thing, but everyone does something.
