2012 Projections

Well we know what the schedule will be next year and we have a pretty good idea of who will be on the team. So, what do you all think are realistic goals for the 2012 team? I see it this way:
"Guaranteed" W's:
Louisiana Monroe
Ole Miss
New Mexico State
Alabama A&M
Should Win:
Vanderbilt
Mississippi State
Toss-ups, should win no less than half:
Clemson
Texas A&M
Arkansas
Georgia
Gonna Be Tough, hopefully win at least half:
LSU
Alabama
So I believe no less than 8 wins

Wins:
LA Monroe
Ole Miss
NMSU
Alabama A&M
Vandy
MSU
Clemson
Texas A&M
Bama
Losses:
Arkansas
UGA
LSU
10-3 with Bowl Game * For the record I think we beat Bama due to their arrogance and the revenge of the 2011 beatdown. WDE

Vandy will be a tough game, looking at them last year. I don't know if they are a guarantee but I do think we beat them. I think we beat 2 out of 3 of the Arkansas, Georgia, LSU trio. I am sick of losing to these teams consistantly. I think we win 10 games and we come down to the wire for a trip to Atlanta.

As we are today this looks pretty good. May change to more confident wins once I see the first couple of games.

Every season our biggest games are always LSU, Arky, Uga, bama. WE win all the rest of the and split the Big Four. 10-2 reg season.

Every year we lose 5 games we go undefeated the next year. hmmmm 8- 5 last year so that means ........Undefeated National Champs!!!!!!

The Clemson game will be crucial. Momentum is very important and I feel the early win we got at Mississippi State in the second game of the 2010 season really got the ball rolling for that team. A loss there and the season could have went on a downhill spiral. I really feel the Clemson game could have the same sort of effect. I hope we wipe the Georgia Dome with ol' Dabo because besides ol' Spanky, he's quickly becoming the coach I love to hate most.

Except for '01, but since 1978 that stat holds up remarkably well.
