One is the 247 rankings by themselves. The other is a composite from several sites. Thus sometimes guys rated 5* here, or knocked down to a 4* in the composite. Or vice versa. The same is obviously true for any star ranking, but it is applicable for sure in regards to 5*/4* in this situation.
