Looks like he's put on some good weight. I'd guess he's around 250 right now. He's doing raises, so I guess the shoulder is feeling alright.

They come to MF to do supplementary stuff. The football workouts don't build the kind of muscles that girls like. Also they want to do bench, which Yox hates.

I think it may have been now that I think about it. Either way he was lfiting without any apparent pain.

It does. I don't know if they're watched more closely there as to what they do. I think Chizik went to get away from the AD for a few minutes.

I think you can only log so many hours at the athletic complex so they go to Maxx on there on time.

Might be because of the girls that work out there.

Please stop giving me reasons to disagree with Yox. I do hope it's the hourly thing. If not, the fact that our football players aren't getting their entire workouts finished at the athletic complex really bothers me. There should be no need for a player to go to place of private ownership. That athletic complex for the players should be head and shoulders beyond what they have at Max Fitness. Does anybody have a link to the athletic complex to let us checkout the kind of facilities at the complex?

Too much bench makes ur upper body too stiff to function.... makes sense to me... girls like big pecks but it takes away from your flexibility.... JMO
