    • I just don't agree at all with this and JJ screws up again. We have the worst season ever, we have a joke of a staff, most poorly coached fundamentals ever seen on a college football team, we fire the whole bunch, and let the worst ones keep poisoning our program like they have been for 4 yrs? Unbelievable! What good can possibly come out of trooper thug, that will help us? If we retain him, I will puke. If he is not retained, what good could it do for him to be running his mouth to our recruits?

    • agreed!!! I was at the game Sat in Tuscaloosa ...what would the state media reaction be if Trooper appeared on video like the bama coach to start every 4th quarter? Comical ,and then he spends the entire 4th quarter cheerleading in front of the TV cameras!!! Wonder why all we hear about is trooper waving a towel ???? I am a middle aged white guy and I will tell you that if Trooper were too no one would give a sh#% about him waving a towel!!! The guy can recruit and I would love to keep him - I dont listen to PF to decide what is best for our program~!!!!

      We really don't HAVE any staff anymore. These guys are really "freelancers" working to bridge the gap between the "old management" staff and the new one. You should appreciate their efforts. I know I do. If all you can do is bitch about the efforts to keep this recruiting class together and keep Auburn from becoming "stagnant" until a hire is made., then I suggest you go into hibernation until after we signed a new HC. Then you'll have something new to bitch about.

      Do you actually know Trooper, have you met him or do you just go by what you hear from Bama and the good ole boys? AU is thought to have a really good compliance group for Athletics. Do you really think if they had any concern about our recruiting practices and/or Trooper specifically they would continue to allow him to recruit.

    • The reason Joe Whitt and others have recruited for is in the past is the very reason I am talking about. We didn't want some of the others left around. Y'all are in love with the very people that ran our program into the ground. Yes, I have met Trooper, and purposefully have stayed away from the whole situation. He is, and has been a major part of all of our football problems, flame away.
