AUBURN - Auburn's 2013 football season will open against Washington State on Aug. 31 at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Arkansas State will visit the following weekend.
Gus Malzahn is scheduled to return to Auburn with Arkansas State in 2013
Assuming no coaching changes, the Tigers will take on passing guru Mike Leach and former Auburn offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn on back-to-back weekends.
The school released the nonconference portion of its schedule on Monday. Other nonconference foes will be Western Carolina and Florida Atlantic. The annual A-Day game will be held on April 20.
