Work to do with Lawson

I read this and think, "why is this guy listed as a commitment?" He's clearly not committed to any college, nor should he be. It goes with probably all but about six guys listed as commitments. If your recruitment is open and you are taking visits with the intention to look at other programs, that says it all.

That doesn't sounds good. You'd think they'd want to setup an official to see all of the new coaches together. It's time for Garner to start working his magic.

there was no way to please everyone with the DL hire. Once Dameyune Craig opted to stay at FSU, then the need for a top recruiting coordinator became even more glaring. Tracy Rocker is not a recruiting coordinator, and did not even like the recruiting aspect of the job from quotes I've read, so I'm glad that Malzahn was able to get Garner to join the team. Garner is a great DL coach and is going to be the better recruiter. Lawson probably would have preferred Rocker because Garner was late recruiting him, but I think hiring Garner was the right decision when one looks at the big picture. Hopefully, he can quickly build a relationship with the Lawsons.

Lawson, Liner, Adams and Bower. That would be potent. Hope they all stick together as Tigers.

my guess is that formally decomitting would cause even more media attention and people calling him which they want to avoid.
