Deshaun Watson: 6-3, 200, Gainesville (Ga.). Rated a 4-star and ranked as the No. 1 dual-threat QB in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Watson is committed to Clemson. He visited Auburn this summer, and some believe his verbal would be in jeopardy should Clemson offensive coordinator Chad Morris leave for a head coaching job after the 2013 season.

*****Auburn could add a second QB in the 2014 class. .

Auburn’s chances: Committed.

Myron Burton: 6-2.5, 190, Suwanee (Ga.) Peachtree Ridge. Rated a 3-star and ranked as the No. 85 athlete in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Excellent. The Tigers offered the Auburn legacy last week, and there is a good chance he joins the class.

Charles Standberry: 6-3, 200, Montgomery (Ala.) Carver. Rated a 3-star and ranked as the No. 53 tight end in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. Still being evaluated [at WR]. If the Tigers offer, they can push Ole Miss. Likely will attend more Auburn games this season.

Travis Rudolph: 6-1, 185, West Palm Beach (Fla.) Cardinal Newman. Rated a 4-star and ranked as the No. 14 receiver in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. Florida State now appears to be trending, but others such as Florida are also there. Auburn seems to still be in the mix and an official visit could happen. QB commit Sean White is recruiting him hard.

Malachi Dupre: 6-2.5, 187, New Orleans (La.) John Curtis. Rated a 5-star and ranked as the No. 1 receiver in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Strong LSU lean.

Auburn’s chances: Committed.

Darrion Hutcherson: 6-7, 265, Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Unrated.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. The Tigers are recruiting the 2012 Auburn signee, and he visited them for four games. Right now, though, Auburn is waiting to see how he does in the classroom and on the field this fall. The Tigers watched Hutcherson play two weeks ago.

Jacory Washington: 6-5, 220, Westlake (La.). Rated a 4-star and ranked as the No. 6 tight end in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Committed to LSU, but has stated he would like to visit Auburn again this fall.

Ricky Parks: 6-3, 255, N.E. Mississippi C.C. Unrated.
Auburn's chances: TBD. Parks was dismissed from the Auburn team in August, but the Tigers have not ruled out a return.

Joshua Casher: 6-1, 297, Mobile (Ala.) St. Paul's Episcopal. Rated a 4-star and ranked as the No. 2 center in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Above-average. Casher visited Auburn last month -- the first time since de-committing from the Tigers. That was big for Auburn, and the Tigers once again are trending. FSU appears to be the greatest threat to Auburn.

Jordan Sims: 6-4, 335, Birmingham (Ala.) Homewood. Rated a 3-star and ranked as the No. 21 offensive guard in the 247Compsite.
Auburn’s chances: Above-average. The Tigers are in the running with Ole Miss and Florida, and the Auburn staff is liking its chances. Florida might be emerging as a threat. Sims could have a decision this month.

Dontavius Blair: 6-8, 306, Garden City C.C. Rated a 4-star and ranked as the No. 2 junior college offensive tackle in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. Blair's recruitment took a strange turn last month when it was reported he committed to Texas A&M while on an official visit in College Station. Blair later said that wasn't the case. He had been calling Auburn his leader. The Vols also are a factor. If Auburn lands Casher and Sims, it may not take a tackle.

Jordan Prestwood: 6-6, 310, Arizona Western College. Rated a 4-star and ranked as the No. 6 tackle in the 247 Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. The Tigers like Prestwood a lot, but may only take two or three OLs. Tackle is not a great need.

Terronne Prescod: 6-4, 340, Decatur (Ga.) Columbia. Rated a 3-star and ranked as the No. 95 offensive tackle in the 247Composite (Most see him at guard).
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Committed to N.C. State, but visited Auburn last month.

Auburn’s chances: Committed

Andrew Williams: 6-4, 247, Mcdonough (Ga.) Eagle's Landing Christian. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 13 weak-side defensive end in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. The Tigers are one of three that stand out, along with Clemson and Ole Miss. This one could drag out awhile. Look for him to attend a game at Auburn soon. The Tigers are getting an official, and it could take place this fall. He is the No. 1 DL on the Auburn board.

Dante Sawyer: 6-3, 240, Suwanee (Ga.) North Gwinnett. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 8 weak-side defensive end in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. With South Carolina slipping, Auburn could make a move -- if it gets aggressive. He is behind Williams in the pecking order.

Lorenzo Carter: 6-5, 232, Norcross (Ga.). Rated as a 5-star and ranked as the No. 1 weak-side defensive end in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Visited Auburn last month, but the Tigers are well behind his lead group.

*****Auburn has two DE commits in the 2014 class and would like to add one more.

DEFENSIVE TACKLE

Devaroe Lawrence: 6-3, 278, Georgia Military College. Rated as a 3-star and ranked as the No. 12 defensive tackle in the 247Composite for junior college.
Auburn’s chances: Committed.

Elisha Shaw: 6-4.5, 295, Tucker (Ga.). Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 5 defensive tackle in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. Auburn is in his top group, and he visited the Tigers on Saturday. Shaw lists Alabama and Georgia as his co-leaders. But is he a "take" at either? Right now, maybe not. At Auburn, he is. Currently battling neck injury. Told Auburn Undercover there is a 75-percent chance Tigers will get an official visit.

Josh Frazier: 6-2.75, 324, Springdale (Ark.) Har-Ber. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 10 defensive tackle in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. Auburn is in his top five and he plans to official for the Iron Bowl. His coach was mentored by Gus Malzahn.

Arthur Williams: 6-4, 305, Fayetteville (N.C.) Smith. Rated as a 3-star and ranked as the No. 72 defensive tackle in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. This rises to "excellent" should the Tigers make a push. Auburn is waiting for his grades to improve, according to Williams. He plans to make an Auburn official later this fall, probably Iron Bowl weekend. The Tigers like his upside.

Jamiyus Pittman: 6-2, 282, Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County. Rated as a 3-star and ranked as the No. 42 defensive tackle in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. Committed to Ole Miss but visited the Tigers last month. If Auburn offers, it becomes a serious player. However, at this time, an offer doesn't seem likely. Pittman recently sustained a broken fibula. He could play again later this season.

*****Auburn has one DT commit in the 2014 class and would like to take two more.

LINEBACKER

Tre' Williams 6-2, 230, Mobile (Ala.) St. Paul's Episcopal. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 2 inside linebacker in the 247Composite.

Auburn’s chances: Committed. Visited Auburn on Saturday.

Rashaan Evans: 6-3, 220, Auburn (Ala.). Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 4 outside linebacker in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. Has top four of Auburn, Alabama, Georgia and UCLA. Visited UCLA two weeks ago. Likely an Auburn-Georgia battle. Dawgs like their chances and seem to be trending. Has not been to an Auburn game in awhile.

Shaun Hamilton: 6-0, 240, Montgomery (Ala.) Carver. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 8 inside linebacker in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Committed to Alabama, but Auburn continues to recruit him. Attended Auburn game three weeks ago.

Raekwon McMillan: 6-2, 242, Hinesville (Ga.) Liberty County. Rated as a 5-star and ranked as the No. 1 inside linebacker in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Auburn was not in his most recent top five but he continues to talk with the Tigers. If he does not visit soon, Auburn has no shot.

Auburn’s chances: Committed.

Stephen Roberts 6-0, 177, Opelika (Ala.) Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 17 cornerback in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. Committed to Alabama, but Auburn hasn't given up. Visited Auburn three straight weekends to start the fall, then again Saturday. The Tigers believe they have a shot. He will official to Auburn after the season. Tigers are trending.

Brandon Roberts: 6-0, 185, Valdosta (Ga.) Lowndes. Rated as a 3-star and ranked as the No. 142 cornerback in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Fair. Still being evaluated. Would love for Auburn to offer. Would "commit on the spot."

Wesley Green: 5-11, 170, Lithonia (Ga.) Martin Luther King Jr. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 16 cornerback in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor (for now). Green de-committed from South Carolina recently, and says Auburn is involved. He still could land with the Gamecocks. Georgia and Ole Miss also are very much in the picture.

John Bonney, 6-0, 182, Houston (Tx.) Lamar. Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 15 safety in the 247Composite.
Auburn's chances: Poor. Committed to Texas. If coaching change is made in Austin, Auburn could be a factor. The Tigers have continued to recruit him.

*****Auburn has one CB commit in the 2014 class and wants to sign a total of two.

SAFETY

Auburn’s chances: Average. He could play the "star" position at Auburn. Has top four of Auburn, Alabama, Georgia and UCLA. Looks like a Tigers-Dawgs battle.

C.J. Hampton: 6-1, 195, Meridian (Miss.). Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 8 safety in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Average. Committed to Ole Miss, but is said to be wavering. Visited Auburn on Saturday and gave the trip a positive review. Has coach with ties to Auburn staff. Alabama also is a factor.

Ronnie Clark: 6-3.5, 210, Calera (Ala.). Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 5 outside linebacker (Auburn likes him at the "star" safety/LB hybrid position) in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Committed to Alabama, but Tigers likely will continue to recruit him.

Cortez McDowell: 6-1, 205, Locust Grove (Ga.). Rated as a 4-star and ranked as the No. 13 safety in the 247Composite.
Auburn’s chances: Poor. Committed to Tennessee, but Auburn continues to recruit him.

*****Auburn has one safety commit in the 2014 class and wants to sign a total of three (one being at the "star" position).
